They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, and the location was awesome, but it's just over the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain too much, but basically the windows ended up all really in need of replacement, as have been the doorways, the trim, much on the furnishings, etc.
